Q: Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?
A: Tickets can be purchased in cash from the event ticket box on the day (if available). We will also sell tickets via retail outlets (see ticket outlets) and via our street promotions team.

Q: Where can I purchase VIP tickets?
A: VIP tickets cannot be purchased separately, look out for our VIP combo packs promotions. VIP combo packs tickets are available via the ticket/store outlets only. VIP tickets are not available via the Future Entertainment office. VIP tickets can be issued via our promotions team at their discretion.

Q: What benefits are there in purchasing a VIP ticket?
A: VIP tickets give the holders a separate area at all of our festivals with VIP entry, entertainment, bar & food facilities & toilets.

Q: I am unable to attend but have already bought my ticket. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately Future Entertainment does not offer any refunds on tickets.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the day?
A: Yes but we strongly suggest that you purchase tickets in advance. Future Entertainment events do often sell out and whilst we always keep a small amount of tickets for selling on the day you wouldn't want to miss out now would you?
